Isn't it funny that you're still getting mail?
Too bad I couldn't really send you mail. Or get a letter from you.
I came a cross a picture of you today. It's not the best photo quality wise, and you were wearing your too-big sweat pants and that silly Dilbert shirt that you love so much. But the memory behind the photo made me laugh (then cry). It was taken one day, when you were outside BBQing and the wasps were bothering you. You grabbed a fly swatter and took it outside with you. When I looked out the window you were swatting at the wasps, and just looked so hilarious. I ran and grabbed the camera and snapped a photo of you.
See, it's the little things I miss the most.
Anyone who reads my other blog might think I'm all happy and "better' but I'm not. The moments I write the posts on that blog are the few moments each day that I'm feeling ok. It only takes a few minutes to make a post over there.
My heart hurts.

I can only imagine what it's like to be in your shoes. Wish I could make your pain go away. Just know that so many of us care deeply. We REALLY do!

mail. and telemarketing calls. I would think that those two benign aspects of life hold a mine field of emotion when they arrive for a lost loved one.
